    Please enter the following information as it appears on your IAC accreditation documentation:

  • Physicians must register individually. Only physicians listed as Medical Director or medical staff in an accredited facility are eligible to participate in this project. The Medical Director or medical staff member must be listed on the Manage Staff tab of the Online Accreditation account in order to participate in the MOC Activity.

  • 1. The goal of this project is to improve final report completeness to % 95 within 1 year.*
  • 2. Ten consecutive case studies and their corresponding reports must be evaluated each quarter for a total of four quarters.*
  • 3. A minimum of four quality metrics will be evaluated for each case study and corresponding report to include: Test Appropriateness, Technical Quality Review, Interpretive Quality Review and Report Completeness and Timeliness.*
  • 4. A summary of each quarterly assessment must be discussed in the facility’s biannual QI Meetings.*
  • 5. Physicians may participate individually or as a group.*

An IAC staff member will receive your registration and within two business days will verify and accept the registration. Once the registration has been accepted by the IAC, you will receive and e-mail with instructions on how to begin the MOC process.
